Digital Products All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any digital downloads once purchased.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products Because all physical items (apparel, posters, framed art, wall art) are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color ordered by mistake
- Change of mind
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. To qualify:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
